The clients purchased this large Victorian house and after living in the property for some time, they decided to convert the house into two separate maisonette flats to be able to accommodate their corresponding families.

 

While very different in style and layout, both flats embrace an open plan approach, mainly within the kitchen, living and dining spaces.
