Extension, loft conversion and full refurbishment of family home at Crystal Palace Road

Mimodo was appointed to design a new lower ground rear extension, a new L-shaped loft extension and associated refurbishment of this entire Victorian house in East Dulwich.

 

A timber-clad structure with a a sedum roof was proposed for the extension, to help connect the house to the garden.

 

The core family spaces at lower ground level were opened up and a bespoke kitchen is situated at the heart of the floor plan.

 

Bespoke joinery was provided throughout the house and two new bedrooms, utility space and new shower room were all provided at loft level.
